ほんとに接遇ピカイチ!!です

久々野町　I様邸新築工事

いつもいつも小さなことから大きなことまで　私達の変な質問にまで真剣に答えて下さって　敏速な対応と　細やかな配慮でありがとうございました。細江社長を取りまくよきチームワークで　本当に　感謝しております。最初のころの話し合いの段階で、社長さんが　新しい家に望む個別の希望を夫婦それぞれに聞いて下さったのが　印象的です。その結果パソコンでえがいていた　イメージ通りの家が完成しました。玄関からキッチン　トイレ　バス　洗面所と２階の部分で　つないで頂き、今は、快適に生活ができています。我が家＝子供　という感じで　小さくてもかわいい我が家です。また追加注文についても、嫌な顔もせず　快く受けてくださりわがままな客ですみませんでした。ほんとに接遇ピカイチ!!です。細江工務店さんとご契約した決め手は、ショールームでの最初の出会いの感じの良かったことから始まり、連絡もせず2年経過後　連絡したところすぐに対応して下さり、またまたとても感じが良かった事です。しつこい営業はありませんでした。大工さんはじめ各業者の皆さんとても良い方でした。知人にはぜひ細江工務店さんで!!と自信をもって言えます。

お客様の思いがたくさん詰まった家に出来上がりました

七日町　Y様邸　新築工事

3月2日待望の新居引渡しの日を迎えさせて頂き　まるで夢のようでした。説明後無口な長男が「これはいい　良かった、良かった」を連呼しておりました。マイホームなど私共にとって夢のまた夢と思い暮らして参りましたが、思いがけず一大決心をしてくれた長男のおかげで　遠い地　横浜にて細江工務店様にご縁を頂きました。社長様の真心と誠実さがホームページ、ﾒｰﾙとの応信で伝わったためと思います。以来　こまかな長男からの要望も丁寧に接して下さり的確なアドバイスもあって飛騨では一番の寒さといわれる最中での着工となりました。細江様はじめ　砂田様等スタッフの皆様が　がんばって下さったおかげで完成の日を迎えさせてもらえました。本当にありがとうございました　心から感謝申し上げます。これからはこの家をみな様の技を傷つける事のないよう末永く守って参ります

真冬でもソーラーの蓄熱式床暖房のおかげで、
おばあちゃんも全然寒くありません

既存の家は、冬になると家の中でもジャンバーを着て、話をすると白い息が出るほど寒い家でした。
最初、ローコストの企画プランを持っていったら「こんな家はいらない」とあっさり言われ、最終的には、自由設計のソーラーハウスで契約していただきました。
自分の思いが形になるまで決して妥協しないというタイプのお客様でしたから、プランも相当数書きましたし、お風呂やキッチン等も決定するまで時間がかかりましたが、そのかいあって最後は本当に喜んでいただき、ご紹介を新築１件、リフォーム５件もいただきました。
現場見学会の時は、壁に自然石風レンガタイルを張ったリビングボードが大好評で、この時から、弊社では、どこかにオリジナルのワンポイントを造るようになりました。
今は、真冬でもソーラーの蓄熱式床暖房のおかげで、おばあちゃんも全然寒くないとのこと。
